Data Deletion

This page covers data from Instagram and Facebook Messenger conversations handled by Voka AI for a business that has connected its account.

1. Businesses

You can disconnect Instagram or Facebook from your Voka AI dashboard, or remove Voka AI from the apps connected to your Instagram or Facebook account. Once disconnected, Voka AI no longer reads or replies to your messages. To have your stored conversations deleted, email support@vokaai.com.

2. People Who Messaged a Business

Email support@vokaai.com with your Instagram username or Facebook name and the business you messaged. We use this only to find and delete your conversation.

If you remove Voka AI’s access using Instagram or Facebook settings, Meta sends us a deletion request and we delete the related conversation data. Some records may be kept where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
