Terms of Service

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Voka AI provides AI-powered voice-agent technology, including:

• Automated call handling and routing
• Appointment scheduling and reservation management
• Lead capture and client engagement
• Integration with third-party tools and calendars
• Custom script and template marketplace

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as described on vokaai.com/pricing.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Send spam, robocalls, or deceptive communications
• Violate third-party rights or intellectual property
• Circumvent security or misuse APIs
• Breach applicable messaging or privacy laws

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated or manual text messages from Voka AI for:

• Account verification, billing, and system notices
• Support or operational updates
• Optional marketing and educational content

Voka AI integrates with third-party services that you authorize, including Square (Block, Inc.), Acuity Scheduling, Google Calendar, and Stripe(each a “Connected Service”). When you connect a Connected Service, you authorize Voka AI to access, transmit, store, and process data from that Connected Service solely to provide the Voka AI service to you.

Your use of each Connected Service remains governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. For Square, see squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/ua and squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy. Voka AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a sub-processor for these providers, and Voka AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any Connected Service. Data originating in a Connected Service remains owned by you and the Connected Service per its terms; Voka AI claims no ownership of that data.

You may disconnect any Connected Service at any time from your Voka AI account or from within the Connected Service itself (for example, from the Square Dashboard under My Applications), which will revoke Voka AI’s access prospectively. You agree to comply with the terms of each Connected Service you connect, and you agree to indemnify Voka AI for any third-party claim arising from your misuse of a Connected Service or from data you direct Voka AI to send to or receive from a Connected Service.

You understand that interactions may involve AI voice agents and that Voka AI-originated calls or messages may be recorded or transcribed for training, compliance, and quality assurance. Data obtained from third-party integrations — including data accessed via Google API services — is excluded from any training corpus and is governed by the Limited Use commitments described in our Privacy Policy. Users may request human interaction or opt out where available.

All rights to the Service, software, and content remain with Voka AI. You retain rights to your own uploaded or generated User Content but grant Voka AI a limited license to use it to operate, improve, and develop the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, "User Content" does not include data accessed via third-party APIs (e.g., Google Calendar event data), which is governed by the Limited Use terms in our Privacy Policy.

Creators may share or license agent templates through the Voka Marketplace. Transactions are between Creators and Acquirers. Voka AI may moderate or remove violating content.

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes SMS-consent provisions.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Voka AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

You grant Voka AI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback or suggestions for improvement.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes shall be resolved in its courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
