Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No. All Voka AI plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime — there are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no long-term contracts.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
You pay the per-minute overage rate listed on your plan ($0.18 to $0.45 depending on tier). There are no hard caps that block calls — your AI keeps answering, you just pay for usage above the included allotment.
Which plan should I pick?
Most small businesses start on Flex ($89/mo, 300 minutes) — that handles 10-15 calls per business day. If you take more calls or have multiple locations, Value ($149/mo, 600 minutes) is the next step. For very low call volume, PAYG ($19/mo) and Light ($49/mo) work without long-term commitment.
Are integrations included on every plan?
Yes. All plans include integrations with Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling, Google Calendar, Zapier, Make, and n8n. Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan integrations are coming soon. Premium integrations (custom MCPs, enterprise platforms) are available as add-ons.
